Why refurbishing pays off
Most drill point dies do not fail as a whole. The cutting edge wears, the formed drill point drifts out of tolerance, and the die gets pulled. If the body is still sound, regrinding the edge puts it back in production.

We take dies made by other suppliers. You do not have to switch your whole supply chain just to get one set reground.
Service life restored
A reground die reaches a service life comparable to a new one under normal running conditions. Sheet strength, plate thickness and spindle speed still affect real-world results.

How refurbishment works
You do not have to ship anything first — one photo is enough for our engineer to tell you whether a die can be reground.
Step 01
Send us one photo
Photograph the worn cutting edge and send it over. Our engineer will tell you whether that die is worth regrinding.
Step 02
Ship the dies to us
Once we confirm it can be done, send the dies to our factory in Dongguan.
Step 03
We regrind and ship back
We regrind the cutting edges, restore the geometry the drill point forming needs, and send the dies back to you.
