We produce the sample die at our cost. You pay nothing for the die itself, regardless of material, coating, or L-series.

From sample approval to ex-works, 5 working days. Rush orders possible if your production line is down.
Ships with QA report
Every sample die ships with HRA hardness report + CMM dimensional certificate so you can verify against your own QA spec on arrival.

Tell us your screw specs, monthly volume, current supplier status, and DHL/FedEx account.

We Review
Within 24 hours we confirm receipt and verify your company details. If eligible, you get a sample quote.

We Manufacture
5 working days for standard L1-L6 sample; longer for non-standard geometry or custom coating.

You Receive
DHL/FedEx pickup from Dongguan using your account (freight collect). Arrives 3-5 working days internationally.
Eligibility requirements
We ship free samples only to qualified fastener manufacturers. The following filters protect sample economics and keep them available for real buyers:
- ✓Business email on a company domain (not gmail.com, qq.com, 163.com, yahoo.com, etc.)
- ✓Provide a DHL, FedEx, or UPS account number (we use your account for the outbound shipment — "freight collect")
- ✓Your screw specifications: size (IFI or DIN), drill diameter, and L-series requirement
